Good afternoon, I would like to make a claim. They made me pay €85 for receiving the package. As a client, at no time have I signed any contract or document that can prove at the time of the sale of the products on your page, that I had to pay any additional amount for receipt of merchandise. So I hope they can resolve this amicably, otherwise I will have to explain to the entire Spanish public the type of operation they have as well as put this case in the hands of a legal advisor.
