“I’m in the US. Placed an order for 5 pairs of boots on Aug 29th. Picked the cheapest delivery which was $0.00 and the package has arrived on Aug 31st. Couldn’t be more pleased with quickest world wide shipping I’ve ever encountered. Really happy about that. I’m a size 8 1/2 and the 8 fits perfectly for these boots. Not too snug at all (which I was terribly nervous about). Quality is cheap but that’s not the worst thing ever bc then again we’re paying cheap prices so why complain about it… like I can never understand when people complain about quality but have paid the coupon price dropping it $20 let’s just say and there in the reviews talking about “ohhh this is cheaply made blah blah”… well save up your $$$ and go to Nieman Marcus or w.e high end brands that ship their materials from Italy .. I’m overall very satisfied”

STOLE MY MONEY/ WONT REPLY TO EMAILS
This company is awful. I placed my very first order and paid $66 for next day delivery from the uk to usa. My total was $343 in total for several pairs of shoes. I paid for next day as these items were to be gifts for some of my family members. This package was marked as delivered by FedEx and it never came. Nothing was ever delivered to my door.
I immediately sent an email to simmi London as they have no phone number or chat options for help. Only email. They did respond initially they asked me several questions and asked for a police report. I answered their questions immediately and provided them a police report.
THIS IS WHERE THINGS GOT BAD! I found out simmi never provided any information to the carrier. They were not going to refund me for my missing order unless they were refunded by the carrier… that is not legally how things should be handled according to e commerce laws. I remained patient and took things into my own hands opening my own case with FedEx to look for the package. FedEx deemed this package lost. FedEx ALSO SHARED THEY NEVER HEARD FROM SHIPPER NEVER HAD A CASE/CLAIM FROM SHIPPER. So simmi lied.
I HAVE PROVIDED ALL FEDEX INFORMATION TO SIMMI VIA EMAIL. Asking them to file a claim so I can be reimbursed..

“Shoes look cheap and tacky. The pictures look good on the website, I think you need a larger feet size to wear them. I’m a size 3, small and not one pair fit me nicely (I bought 3 heels).
No attention made when making these shoes, your feet are hanging off the side when you’re walking.
Overpriced for quality, they look like something you could pick from Whitechapel market. Primark heels are better. The only good thing was fast delivery. Maybe because they wanted to get rid of their horrible shoes from the li warehouse as fast as the could. Who knows! Also why isn’t returns free? £2.49 will be deducted from my order.”

So I hope they can resolve this amicably, otherwise I will have to explain to the entire Spanish public the type of operation they have as well as put this case in the hands of a legal advisor.”
“I made an $85 purchase. When the shoes arrived they were too big and I wanted to return them. Just to return them I would have to spend $100 which doesn’t make sense at all. I contacted the company and offered no assistance just telling me I would be responsible for international return cost. How does a company want to make money internationally but won’t provide a way for international customers to return. I will be reaching out to my bank because this is fraud. Never again.”
“Terrible Customer Service - Damaged Products
I am highly disappointed in Simmi, especially with being a returning customer. I tried to avoid posting a bad review in hopes to resolving my complaint. I had multiple emails with the representative Harmony, who did not solve the issue. I even asked to be connected with a supervisor and was not connected to one. My shipment came which had 8 boxes of shoes that were packaged in one thin plastic mailer. The mailer did not have padding and there was no extra protective packaging inside the mailer to prevent damage of the contents. The mailer had multiple holes in it upon arrival. Six of the boxes were damaged and one of the pairs of shoes were damaged. My shoes were shipped across the globe, so as the merchant there should be no reason to mail any product across the globe without properly packaging it with mailing/packaging material to prevent damage of the merchandise. My request was for six new boxes to be mailed to me and that was it. Harmony told me that Simmi could not replace the boxes and offered 20% off just for the one damaged shoe. Mind you, the discount would be worth pennies because the damaged shoe was inexpensive. Harmony also blamed the damage of the shoe boxes on the couriers multiple times, not once did Simmi take accountability for the way that it packages items that are shipped globally. I have never encountered this issue before with Simmi because my previous orders were in a shipment box versus a flimsy mailer bag. All I wanted was replacement boxes, I never received an answer as to what was the issue in sending new boxes. Harmony just repeatedly told me that they couldn’t. So, I’m just to accept this damage of these boxes? So I’m just supposed to anticipate damage to the product if I was to order in the future because Simmi only ships products across the globe in one plastic bag? I went back and forth with Harmony for over a week and some of my emails were not responded to for days. This is TERRIBLE customer service. All I wanted was replacement boxes!”
“HORRIBLE. I got $40 shoes, they were HUGE on me and when I went to return them they told me I had to pay my own return label which was $80!!!!! How does that even make sense…. Horrible customer service.”
“I used to always buy from Simmi shoes and was one of my favourite brand until i ordered 3 pair of shoes on black Friday, the delivery they used “ write by false” that they left my package by my neighbour “ which was a false info” as my neighbour never received anything. And then when i had to chase it and report it to police, find out they just left the package by my door which is now stolen! I have tried so many times to contact customer service to raise the problem. However they never helped me and constantly replied generic replies! And they were not helpful! I now lost my money, never received the shoes as well as my time. This is very frustrating and disappointing to see how awful their customers service is after having to deal with such an incapable delivery system! I wanted everyone be aware if this and know if there is a problem they wont get any help from simmi shoes! I have now lost, time, money and never received my shoes!”
“I had to pay 20euro in customs to receive my order, which I don't really mind but other outlets you don't have to pay this. what was a disgrace was that the boots I ordered stank of fish, the smell was extremely intense and spread to everything the shoes touched. I don't think they should have sent the shoes in such condition and when I went to return them I paid 13 euro postage and just got a message saying I need to pay 35 euro in customs. they sent me shoes that stank and I am now at a loss for it, don't send the shoes if they aren't up to standard, they seriously need to review their quality control process.”
“After reading reviews about this shop, I was hesitating whether I should order my favorite pair of shoes or not. Thankfully, I took the risk and totally do not regret. Yes, it took more than 3 weeks to get the shoes even though I live in Germany. But I am really surprised how good the shoes look. They also have a good quality and clean sewing. I ordered my normal size that I wear, and it fits perfectly.”
