“I’ve always wanted to find an affordable shoe boutique, but every one I come across are cheap, as in QUALITY. Not this boutique. The quality is great seems to be very durable. Sizing is very accurate and true to size. Oh and the shipping whew! I ordered one day and received them 2 days later.....and I’m all the way in the US. I don’t see how ANYONE could give them a bad review. I’m on my 10th pair.”

When I checked my bank statement they took out a total of $185 with no explanation for it and customer service has yet to refund me my money I which they are being difficult with. I have them a second chance an there will not me a third”
“I got the shoes & they were huge ¬ as pictured, so i took them to the post office to return. I followed the instructions they provide to return products & found that if you're in the US you'll be responsible to pay $80 to return your shoes for whatever reason. So I reached out to them to see if they could send me a prepaid shipping label, as most companies do & they refused.”

“Purchased 3 pairs, 2 are very poor quality, and the other one even though is my correct size which is 5 UK, it’s soooooooo small that won’t even go in my 7yo feet! After sending over 5 messages to the customer service I got a reply saying these shoes are made for small feet!!!! They want me to pay return fee and send it back which is a hassle as I was already charged $19 for postage! Disappointed!!!”
“They take forever to reply and I was not happy with the late replies. Though they dealt with my inquiry, it was very challenging to make a decision due to their late replies. Otherwise, its a great shoe shop and I love their collection of shoes but please work on your customer service department.”
