This sauce is delicious as promised, and also versatile. Sort of a dijonnaise, but tangier and more flavorful. I like to to drizzle it on hardboiled eggs and sandwiches, or dip cucumber slices or carrot sticks in it. Would also be delicious as a shrimp cocktail dipping sauce or mixed with canned tuna. I can’t wait to try the truffle one next!
