Excellent sauces! The spicy one is my favorite with just the right amount of heat. The original is great for anything and truffle is awesome for chips(fries) and not heavy at all. I sense a bit of dijon mustard notes but I think this is an amazing deal. I had mine on Salmon Cakes and it was perfect!
