This was a difficult experience. The purchasing was easy and the products offered varied and competitive in price. However on facing an issue, the experience deteriorated rapidly. The colour match was not reflective of the website and I wanted to exchange the item. The emails are received were unhelpful, rude and I feel unprofessional. The tone was sarcastic and not friendly. I then just wanted to return the item and end my dealings.I was asked multiple questions and to send numerous photos when I was still well in the return window. The company finally agreed to let me return the item with a complex process that cost £15. This is for an error that was not mine.
