The colour match was not reflective of the website and I wanted to exchange the item. The emails are received were unhelpful, rude and I feel unprofessional. The tone was sarcastic
and not friendly. I then just wanted to return the item and end my dealings.I was asked multiple questions and to send numerous photos when I was still well in the return window. The company finally agreed to let me return the item with a complex process that cost £15. This is for an error that was not mine.”
