“The previous light i had from you 5 years ago were of good quality and robust however the new replacment i ordered was of poor quality the fittings were diferant, the frame was smaller overall very poor, I was going to return it but the return policy dictates i have to pay the postage that is one third the cost of the product so overall I'm very disappointed, Mr wood”

“I’ve received the products and they are as I expected particularly the GU10’s. The wattage and brightness are perfect. If you can try and achieve 2w with your candle bulbs and maybe some A60 bulbs in 2w would be wonderful as that’s my preference. The only issue I have is your delivery time scale. It’s not the best. There are several competitors out there with faster delivery times. Please endeavour to match up. Otherwise, am happy with the products and will be buying again.”

“I purchase a few times, spotlight their price is like compare on the market only since they send 10% of watcher, they never work and after I speak with the support team is well they told me across the we don’t have. this kind of spotlight in stock, but I order without the discount and order go through. I don’t know what’s the point to send 10% discount if they not work. A delivery time is too late. I have to wait around two week this time. I still not get it yet”

“Ordered Hex LEDs. Advice in advance on technology spec and suitability was good, and delivery was very fast Communication was excellent. One connector part was broken internally and Simple rectified this quickly and efficiently, delivering replacement again with speed.
