“Had a problem with leads I ordered not fitting the lights I'd previously bought and contacted simple lighting for advice. After exchanging a few messages with Chris it was resolved. Really appreciate them taking the time to help and resolve by sending an alternative cable. Great customer service and will definitely recommend to others, and use again. 👍👍👍👍👍”

“Simple Lighting appears to be interested only in making sales. I am a trade customer and spend alot of money every year. On this occasion, however, they sent the wrong items with my order. Arranging for the incorrect goods to be collected became extremely frustrating and time-consuming. It took around 30 emails and at least 3 hours of phone calls to resolve the issue. Simple Lighting showed very little interest in taking responsibility for their mistake or arranging a straightforward return. What should have been a simple solution turned into a lengthy and stressful process. In my experience, Simple Lighting is only "simple" when taking your order; once a problem arises, they become one of the most difficult companies to deal with.”

“Average quality. ordered 25 of the same but came with 23 of the kind I ordered and 2 different ones. Managed to use the odd 2 for bedside lights which are unseen so that sorted the mistake out. As I said a bit flimsy but once fitted they are ok for the money.”

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about the slow and expensive delivery and the tracking issue. I have personally looked at the order, and I would describe it as borderline on-time. At the point of order we stated 3-5 days (as you chose standard delivery) and we were the 5th day. Speaking openly, this isn't our target we target to delivery around day 3 or 4.
