“I’ve received the products and they are as I expected particularly the GU10’s. The wattage and brightness are perfect. If you can try and achieve 2w with your candle bulbs and maybe some A60 bulbs in 2w would be wonderful as that’s my preference. The only issue I have is your delivery time scale. It’s not the best. There are several competitors out there with faster delivery times. Please endeavour to match up. Otherwise, am happy with the products and will be buying again.”

“Ordered Hex LEDs. Advice in advance on technology spec and suitability was good, and delivery was very fast Communication was excellent. One connector part was broken internally and Simple rectified this quickly and efficiently, delivering replacement again with speed. Lights look amazing and fit our garden gym and treatment room perfectly.”

“The lighting was great we got an LED plug-in strip for under our kitchen cupboards and love the improvement it has offered. However, despite cleaning the surfaces well with alcohol the adhesive started to peel away with 48 hours. We’ve used alternative adhesive to remedy this”

“Great company to deal with, replied promptly to my email queries. Was able to personalise the length of electrical wire attached to cob light strips. The only recommendation I would make is that Simple Lighting provide the mentioned attached electrical wire ( black and red coated wire) with an outer sleeve to provide more robustness for outdoors. The black and red wire is very thin like speaker wire and I would recommend this should have tougher black sleeving around it. Packaged well. The lights look great running along each side of my block paved driveway, also lighting up the borders on either side. Had a lot of compliments.”

“All worked fine once installed, The cable lengths on the T5 tubes were too short, but luckily I had a converter so I could use my existing ones”

“The Black Surface Mounted Profile With Milky Cover was a new one for me. It was for a black wall and ceiling down light in a cinema room. The SCOB-IP20-8W12V-WW profiles were ideal for this job but the mounting clips were silver and stood out like sore thumb. The probelm was solved with a few dabs of black paint but I would recommend that black clips should be supplied with black black profiles.”
