Great customer service. I ordered a number of components for LED lighting installation. All went well, except we were experiencing an issue with one strip. Unfortunately, it never occurred to us that it was defective and we spent a lot of time and extra money trying to resolve the issue. It turned out it was just a bad solder on a long LED strip that we received. Company was good though and once we identify the issue, they sent out a replacement.

Following on from a previous review about a failed delivery from Simple Lighting who chose to use Evri who incidentally have confirmed they have lost the product..! at which point I rated the service 2 stars however SL eventually took the initialive to replace the product using Royal Mail. Anyway love the product and SL service. Hopefully next time they will avoid Evri and I can give a 5 star rating

I had an issue with my order, when I contacted SL, if I get through to Will, things are sorted quickly and effectively, if I got Emma, I get false information and unhelpful replies. It seems a bit of a lottery.

Your product seems to be decent and your staff are really helpful. However my experience was bad due to FedEx Delivery. It got amended day after day after day and in the end I had to speak with tell to change to collection. I would still be waiting now otherwise

Paid for next day delivery last Friday Delivery fee refunded. Hopefully going to receive the goods tomorrow ( Thursday ) 6 days !!! Created a lot of problems with my client.

1st time user, item was competitively priced arrived promptly works ok.Only after fitting noticed item was dented, even tho packaging was ok?If it was from a local large DIY store I would have returned item, instead of the hassle to return I accepted a small discount.

Very good service, but the T5 LED 7W WW light i received does not seem to fit the existing figure 8 power connectors in my kitchen. The light seems to have a figure 8 connector with one flat side ie not dimpled on both sides.

Arrived in box without any damage and when the qualified electrical and myself opened the box it had a dent on the side .... not wanting the faff of returning and waiting for another we decided to go ahead and electrian fitted but the main large light after sliding through the ceiling fitment, you could see it did not fit flush ..we took it down and with a tad of force the electrian was able to straighten a little ...we slide the main light through the ceiling fitting and wasn't too bad, so went ahead and wired up .. only me can see the small dent that remained ...its lights up my hallway as if it's daylight and I'm really really pleased with that

I ordered brushed chrome, however received Satin finish. I was disappointed when I was said Satin finish and Brushed Chrome are same. Also return policy is very aggressive as items not returned within 14 days would not be accepted which includes courier delivery.
