He insisted that the order couldn't be canceled because it was already ""in process,"" even though it clearly hadn’t been shipped. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to return the item, I would have to cover the postage costs myself. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience."”
