Product descriptions were not clear about the wiring setup provided on some products. E.g. which products could be plugged into mains power without modification or accesories.

Very difficult to get a straight answer from this place. Have to email back and forth and still ended up just as clueless. One quick visit to my local electrical shop and got everything I needed with full explanations.

Good products in the main, but a failed LED driver, taking several days to sort out, also a prerewired LED RGB strip faulty, first section only lights up in green! Also taken several messages to get a response.

This was a difficult experience. The purchasing was easy and the products offered varied and competitive in price. However on facing an issue, the experience deteriorated rapidly. The colour match was not reflective of the website and I wanted to exchange the item. The emails are received were unhelpful, rude and I feel unprofessional. The tone was sarcastic and not friendly. I then just wanted to return the item and end my dealings.I was asked multiple questions and to send numerous photos when I was still well in the return window. The company finally agreed to let me return the item with a complex process that cost £15. This is for an error that was not mine.

Posted lights via fedex Didn’t show up Had to chase up with simple lighting only to be told my order was lost and these units were out of stock until end of month

"I was very disappointed with the standard delivery service—it was much slower than expected. After realizing that next-day delivery wasn't included, I called to cancel the order since it hadn't yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke to was not helpful at all. He insisted that the order couldn't be canceled because it was already ""in process,"" even though it clearly hadn’t been shipped. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to return the item, I would have to cover the postage costs myself. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience."
