“I ordered 14 chrome downlights and got 13 chrome ones and one brushed steel tilting downlight, but luckily I only needed 10 because 4 needed to be Ip65 and these aren't”

“Very good experience, great quality product for a very reasonable price. Easy enough to install. Only docking one star because I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it, but to be fair to them I didn't complain as the project was running slightly behind schedule so it suited us anyway. Will definitely use them again but won't be paying for next day delivery next time :)”
