“Great customer service. I ordered a number of components for LED lighting installation. All went well, except we were experiencing an issue with one strip. Unfortunately, it never occurred to us that it was defective and we spent a lot of time and extra money trying to resolve the issue. It turned out it was just a bad solder on a long LED strip that we received. Company was good though and once we identify the issue, they sent out a replacement.”
