“products were fine but postage was supposed to be 'hassle free' - they were not, you can only return by calling them and them asking to print and stick onto the box. the employee was sarcastic and unprofessional when i asked why it wasnt covered for free returns as it suggests that being hassle free.”

“I asked for advice...replacing 2 flourescent tubes under, wall cabinets with 240v LEDs. I purchased 3 of recommended. The connectors to join them together left alot to be desired BUT that's manufacturer problem. I fitted them and they work great”

“I did not know how to do underplinth lighting or undershelf lighting. So I emailed the team at simple lighting for help and guidance. Numerous emails went back and forth - they had great patience in trying to understand my hand held drawings etc! At the end they came up with a scheme, created an account for me and sent me a link for me to pay. A big box arrived and my electrician unpacked it and had it working within the hour. It’s spectacular! The only changes needed was simple and my fault for putting the wrong size on a diagram!! I had the replacement in days.”
