“The worst customer services. Chris is perhaps the rudest person I have ever come across. First, the driver was faulty and I contacted them around 5.40pm, to resolve the situation considering the electrician is going to charge me for the time regardless. Chris (and his colleagues, whose name I forgot) attitude was such that they can't be bothered 20 min before closing. They asked me to send the photo of the connection and they'll look into it next day. I tried to explain the urgency, because this has brought my stair installation to halt (workmen had to wait for electrician to finish wiring, electrician needs to test the system before signing off). Next day I had to chase up and then again they were rude that there was no email received, till they found it somehow. I was told that I seems like faulty driver but I should first send the faulty driver, it will be checked and then a new one sent out. So basically, at least a week to 10 days. I ended up having spend another £28 to get a replacement driver delivered next day and get my stairs done. It been less than a month and two of the light bars stopped working. I called the electrician and the two lights needed replacing. Again I contacted and Chris was as usual rude unhelpful and a waste of space in the name of 'service'. Again, they need to receive the faulty lights back before sending the replacement light bars. I was to sort it out before leaving for holidays in a weeks time. I ended up paying another £27 for 3 replacement light bars (2 to immediate need and one as spare). In all I would advise to stay away from Simplelighting.co.uk. After spending so much on top and such appalling service, I am regretting it a lot.”

“I ordered a 40 watt LED light for my kitchen to replace an old fluorescent tube. The order arrived on schedule and was just as described. Appropriate instructions enabled me to fit it easily. It performs brilliantly and I am 100% happy with Simple Lighting LTD and the product.”

“On your website it said your downlights need 75mm cut out so had to make holes bigger got 65mm and 75mm cutter cut the first hole the light itself is 75 mm but the spring wouldn't fit had to notch out the hole just get the details right it makes everybody's job easier”

“Nothing wrong with the product or the ordering process, but contrary to your delivery policy at the time, rather than sending my purchase via Royal Mail (who are reliable), you used Evri, who are not. I telephoned your Customer Services Department yesterday to enquire whether this was a permanent change of polcy, and was promised a call back which has not materialised. It's a shame, because my two previous orders were fine, as was this one apart from the dreadful service provided by Evri. Unkess and until you revert to Royal Mail, I will not deal with you again.”

“Bought 6 small thing under cabinet lights and 2 drivers, shipping was quick and the light them self where fantastic. Great value for money. Had an issue also with one of the plates that hold the light up being missing. Customers service where great delt with the issue straight away and have posted me a new plate, just waiting on it arriving”
