“I ordered 3 chrome steel downlighters with adjustable bezel. Unfortunately, all three downlighters had the same design fault - the bezels were too big and the GU lightbulb fell through making the units impossible to use. Staff at Simple Lighting seemed reluctant to accept the fault claiming they had sold 'thousands' without a complaint. I no longer want the lights and have returned them and requested a refund - to include the postage which I had to pay. I'm now waiting for the refund.”

“Your product seems to be decent and your staff are really helpful. However my experience was bad due to FedEx Delivery. It got amended day after day after day and in the end I had to speak with tell to change to collection. I would still be waiting now otherwise”

“Very good service. 10 mins after I placed the order the customer decided she wanted warm white lighting instead of cool white. A quick phone call to simple lighting the next morning and I was able to change in time! Many thanks for that. All installed now and a happy customer.”
