“The guys at Simple Lighting were more than helpful in getting me sorted with what I needed for my under cabinet kitchen lighting. I'd done all the measuring and planning for what I wanted but didn't know exactly all the parts that would work together to do what I wanted. I sent off an email and they came back really quickly with a shopping list and explained why I needed each thing. When it arrived the instructions for installation were all super clear and made it really easy for me to just figure out how best to run all the wiring. Now I have smart lighting under all my kitchen units that were plug and play with our Alexa. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.”

“Great service, fast delivery. Products arrived securely and carefully wrapped, earlier than expected. My kitchen lighting strips were just as described...incredibly easy to install and have made a huge positive difference in outr kitchen. oh... and the price was good as well!”

“Unfortunately, the 6ft LED batten I had ordered was received with the outer packaging severely damaged. The batten box inside was bent like a banana!. However, I contacted Simple Lighting customer service and Will was very helpful in resolving matters. Luckily, the batten still works and the damage to the light is relaticely minor and is now hidden behing difuser panels. With no reflection on Simple Lighting, my advice if you're in a similar situation is to keep the packaging and contact their customer service. Being able to take photos of packaging and damaged unit plus the ability to test that it still works is a plus.”

“Everything was as advertised: the items arrived on time, everything needed for installation was included, and the installation instructions were easy to follow. I particularly liked the integral switch on each module that allowed me to adjust the lighting intensity. I installed the 4 modules I purchased in my bathroom and the effect is wonderful. “Very happy with the product and service from Simple Lighting. I had to replace some dated recess lights for LED. Bezel size was important as was the GU10 fitting so that the recess lighting throughout the house uses the same bulbs. All very straightforward to fit although I’ve probably been spoiled with push fit connections on other jobs completed but to be fair, I think the terminal blocks give a more confident and secure connection”

“Extremely disappointed with this company. The light arrived damaged but as it wouldn’t have been noticeable on the ceiling I didn’t inform simple lighting. When the electrician told me the fitting wasn’t suitable for my ceiling ,, I returned it to be told I would not be refunded as the light was damaged.”
