“I had an issue with my order, when I contacted SL, if I get through to Will, things are sorted quickly and effectively, if I got Emma, I get false information and unhelpful replies. It seems a bit of a lottery.”

“Very pleased with under cupboard lighting despatched in good time and easily fitted. Results look good. Slightly disappointed with delivery company who did not deliver within predicted time slot and ignored safe place for delivery but did deliver following day.”

“My items arrived quickly, but on arrival one bulb was missing and another was faulty. After a couple of quick emails the problem was resolved quickly and replacement bulbs were sent out. I would recommend using this company.”
