“Like all of us, I regularly have to shop online for various products & those experiences are extremely variable, with a few being really poor, the majority being mediocre at best and a very few being great. “I ordered 14 chrome downlights and got 13 chrome ones and one brushed steel tilting downlight, but luckily I only needed 10 because 4 needed to be Ip65 and these aren't”
