Extremely disappointed. I signed up for the "subscribe and save" feature. I often forgot to order myself new contacts before my supply runs out, so I opted for this service even though I've had better luck getting cheaper prices shopping around for my contacts each month. This service didn't even put my order in until I was already out of contacts. a full week later- I still don't even have an estimated day of delivery. My package was handed off from DHL to USPS and my tracking information says USPS still hasn't even received the package. I've been without contacts now for 2 weeks. I've looked on the app and the website and haven't found a phone number to call so I can even tell someone about this. Very disappointed. I'm unsubscribing to this service and I won't be ordering from Simple Contacts again.
