The customer service aspect of Simple Contacts was very good, they were fairly prompt with answering my questions and replied in text which is easy and convenient. I rated a "good" instead of "very good" because the contacts themselves were still very expensive and were only slightly less expensive than if I had purchased them from my eye doctor.
