Was nice to get the reminder that my prescription was going to expire/suggestion to order more. Was annoying that the discount I was given in the "here's your auto order" was not actually applied to the order after being offered in multiple emails and I had to contact customer support via email, was told to then text for a faster response and heard back in 3 days.
