No one set the expectation that I would need to wait 3-4 days to receive a text message back about my prescription. Since I was trying to spend an FSA before I left my employer that was stressful that I wasn't hearing back about being in a queue. I almost canceled my order because of this issue.
From a product perspective, my experience would have been improved if:
The prescription scanner was more accurate or had a visual of what needed to be included (my photo was missing the header).
I received an auto reply text saying my messae had been received and I could expect to receive a response in 3-4 days. Honestly that feels way too long to wait, but at least it would set that expectation.
