The service is GREAT and I even took the eye test and got a renewed prescription! My problem was that when I paid for it all there was NO mention of a $10 fee for the eye test - that didn’t show up anywhere until I received the receipt in my email and there it was an extra $10 fee for the eye test! That should have been part of the list when I submitted my payment information online and not something that they just tack on later.
