The first time I used this service, it was incredibly handy. A contact lens prescription on a budget and without having to leave home? Awesome.
This time, it took many weeks to do the entire process. Customer service took up to 4 days every single time there was an issue that needed to be resolved, and in the end, after over a month of back and forth, I still don’t have a prescription in my inbox.
This service has declined Significantly in the past couple years. Beware.
Oh, and there is NO way to talk to anyone on the phone anymore.
