I understand that manufacturers for contacts can cause delays but simple contacts handled it extremely poorly. They at first said my order was placed and would be shipped on time. Then they said about a 2 week delay. Once those 2 weeks were passed I contacted them again and they said about a month. Then when I contacted them again they said another 3 months. No apologies and no heads up first on the approximate shipping times and very delayed responses. I emphasized how important it was for a friend's wedding at a beach and that I needed at least a few pairs. No solution was presented. Curious I ordered a few pairs from other companies and they shipped within a week. Poor service, poor inventory, no critical thinking, and apparently poor ratings. They took the money out in July when i placed it and because I was curious i did not cancel to see when the contacts ship. Just got it in October. Will not use again.
