The hand rails, when they eventually arrived are lovely. However, when they didn’t arrive on the due date, I phoned and was told they’d had a problem and they’d be with me in another 3 days. They weren’t, so I phoned again, and was greeted with surprise, no one knew they hadn’t been sent. They were eventually despatched that week.
My dissatisfaction is purely about the inability to keep me informed - if you’re not going to deliver to schedule, it’s your job to tell the customer, so that they don’t have to keep messing contractors around.
