We purchased a solid oak handrail and the experience was great - the handrail arrived quickly, was wrapped well, and looked exactly like on the site.
While there were no instructions with the handrail itself (saving paper and all that), the product page on the website had all the instructions we needed. Installation was easy and straightforward, we received all the parts, and we are very pleased with the handrail and the result.
