The order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged (took me twenty minutes to unpack it!) and the quality of both the walnut handrail and the brass fittings is superb. For an amateur like me, it would have helped to have some simple instructions as to how best to assemble each rail but I managed to work out which screws were intended for which part although the correct alignment of each part took time to sort out accurately. I am delighted with the products.
