Overall, a very good service, but in this case, let down by a concern with the product.
- Questions emailed about the product I was looking to purchase, of which I received a swift, friendly and straight-forward reply.
- Purchase on-line was straightforward.
- Delivery information received via the courier was clear and informative.
- The product arrived but contained a Quality Concern, of which should never have been sent to a customer.
- I sent a complaint email complete with photographs, and received a reply within 2 minutes from the Managing Director apologising for the concern, and promising a replacement product.
- I received the replacement product a few days later which was defect-free.
Overall, a VERY good process from point of sale to delivery, let down in this instance by faulty product.
However, the service promised and subsequently delivered to rectify the concern was exemplary.
