Although the website is very straightforward, I made a call to the company enquiring about needing a size of handrail not stated in the drop down list. The call taker was very helpful and placed the order for me without any issues. I was updated via email of the order and its delivery progress, the handrail came within the time and date stated and I wasn't disappointed with it. Good heavy quality made to my measurements. Cannot fault this company or the delivery company in any way. Dont hesitate if you are looking for a good quality handrail. Thanks Simple Handrails!
