I choose to order from SimpleHandrails as I like the finish on the rails and the time indicated for delivery. Unfortunately the handrail I ordered was delayed. I was not informed a this delay until I enquired why it had not been delivered as expected. The result of this was unable to return home as I had a fractured arm and using the stairs was unsafe. For this reason I requested that the order be cancelled.
