I got in touch with Dan at Simple Handrails and told him that I wanted to by a hand rail but needed it super quick and in time for my mum coming home from hospital. Dan was so helpful and said he would make sure that was sorted. He kept his word and the hand rail arrived two days before she got home, only two days after ordering.
