Delivery time poor,communication very poor.Quality of handrail good.
While it is acknowledged that we are all struggling in the current times and things weren't as one would reasonably expect I am happy to conclude that everything was eventually concluded amicably and if necessary I would be happy to deal with SimpleHandrails again.
