The quality of the goods was excellent - except the wall plugs supplied were too small, making the screws an impossibly tight fit to screw in - luckily I had some larger plugs and, even with those, it was an real effort to get the screws in. At least the rail won't pull off the wall!
Communications could have been better - it was only when I heard from the carriers that I knew the goods had been dispatched and then they arrived a day later than originally advised.
