We needed to replace our old hand rail going up the stairs so I looked online to see what was available. SimpleHandrails stood out as a Company who have invested solely into rails offering a large range with many options, unlike others who dabble with an assortment of goods. Our new rail arrived quickly, was packed well and the quality of all components is high. I have fitted the new rail now and it looks great. The only thing I would request to improve things to 100% is that our rail is an Oak one and it is left so a hole has be drilled in each end for the metal dome to be screwed on, I drilled the holes as accurate as I could with a hand drill and work bench but was a fraction out meaning the domes are a bit out of line with the rail. If the rails could be pre drilled in each end before delivery that would be much better.
