After exchanging several emails with a very helpful assistant, the rail was promised to be delivered last Friday. Unfortunately they were let down by their courier who sent it to the wrong local depot. A company's customer service does not so much count when things go well, much more so, when things go wrong. They have been very attentive in sorting out the problem and getting the rail to me, which arrived this morning. Well done in recovering the situation.
