Bought a 3.5 metre oak handrail with stainless steel fittings. The item was delivered with the timeframe stated on the website and was very well packaged. I am very pleased with the quality of the rail and fittings. I followed the website’s advice on drilling pilot holes for fitting the brackets to the rail and not using power tools for the assembly. I finished the rail with Osmo oil, lightly sanding it back with very fine (500 grade) paper and then buffing the rail. I am delighted with the end result. A quality product, highly recommended.
