Handrail was fixed onto the wall yesterday by a tradesman. He was not impressed with the quality, the wood was bowed he had to use extra tools and a different way of attaching it onto the brackets where this was the case. There was also a split in the end of the rail, this was the end at the bottom of my stairs so it’s really obvious.
Really disappointed, this was not cheap in my opinion.
