Ordered materials but we have not received the handrails. Not able to get anybody on the phone to find out when we can expect delivery. No answer on the phone and still waiting for a response via email. Very poor.
When we eventually received the materials, they were in good condition and the product is good quality. My client is now happy because he has had the product installed.
