Ordered a new handrail online and it arrived in five days but had one of the brackets missing. Emailed the company and received a reply immediately telling me they would respond within 24 hours. Received the reply next morning apologising and assuring me the missing part would be sent out immediately . Received it the very next morning by Royal Mail. Would give the company minus one star for sending the rail out short but plus two stars for the brilliant after sales service.Would definitely use again.
