We are renovating our three hundred year old cottage and needed to replace the very misplaced 1960s hand rail. After much research we chose Simplehandrails,oak with bronze and they are great. The service from start to finish was brilliant delivery very quick and efficient. When the rails arrived the end bungs ( small plastic fixings for the chosen end cap to fit on) were missing. I contacted the company via email had a response within minutes and replacement the next day, what a service well done.
