The handrails and fixings are of good quality and my initial queries were dealt with politely and efficiently.
Two areas for improvement are:
1. It would be helpful to your customers if a small centre hole was drilled at the ends of each rail to show where to screw the end cap plastic fittings.
2. Installation guidance was not supplied with the delivery. On request you efficiently supplied email guidance. Unfortunately this guidance was (in my view) incorrect and inadequate. If you need further input I will be pleased to give my views
