I am unable to write a review as I have not yet received my order despite paying extra for assured delivery before 24 Dec so would appreciate a refund of the express delivery charge. My husband was released from hospital on Christmas Day and the handrails are essential for him to manage our stairs. Please look into your delivery service and check where my order is. All I can tell is that it was despatched on 23 Dec. Thank you.
