Right from when I placed the order we received updates. Handrail arrived packed very well
and Tuffnells delivered well within the advised lead time. Delivery driver could have been a
bit friendlier but then again they are under a lot of pressure to deliver on time. Would
recommend SimpleHandrails in a heartbeat.
