Purchased Oak handrail + brackets.
Unfortunately, 1st handrail delivered had been damaged in transit, however a replacement was quickly sent with no fuss. The quality of both the Oak handrail and the brushed chrome brackets is high, very well made (strong) brackets. Good customer service and quality; would recommend this company to friends.
