We presented to the showroom unit looking for a solution to a complicated handrail question. The Team who were present looked at all the possible options and gave guidance on a way forward. The discussion enabled us to find a working solution using the available rails. We purchased two lengths of rail and when we collected them, we had guidance on how to protect the wood.
Overall we were pleased with the patience of the team and grateful for the discussions. These people know their handrails.
