We are very pleased with the end result. Delivery was prompt and when advised.
The raw plugs were shorter than the screws supplied. The raw plugs supplied need to be the type that can sink into the hole and not the type that stays flush with the wall surface. Might be worth giving some advice on how to get the rail to line up with an existing stair rail. Its not like fitting level shelving.
