My experience with SimpleHandrails todate has been excellent, their customer service person Samantha was very helpful answering my questions about support bracket sizes and providing a quotation to match my specific application. Ordering and delivery were simple tasks and goods arrived well packaged and ahead of schedule. Rails look the part and should work well, although I havent as yet installed them. Will undoubtebly purchase again if I need more railings.
