The bannister rail was delivered just 3 days after being ordered.....BRILLIANT ! .A beautiful piece of oak , complete with good quality heavy antique brass fittings. All the instructions were easy to follow, and it was installed by my elderly husband and my non DIY self , without a hitch . It looks good with a couple of coats of oil to bring out the grain . What a difference it has made to our stairs.
